Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Also included in this recent document release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section detailing distinct parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight process.
